30% of the profits are dedicated to our growers, recognizing their fundamental role in cultivating and producing the highest-grade medical cannabis products. The dedication and expertise of our growers are essential to our success, and they deserve to be rewarded accordingly for their vital contributions.

Another 30% of the profits is allocated to our marketing support team. The remaining 10% is allocated to the Smileblazer brand and platform. This portion covers operational costs, tech infrastructure expenses, consulting services from the founding team, licensing of the Smileblazer brand, and the acquisition of additional legal assets and trademarks associated with the collective. It also supports payment processing and other necessary functions that enhance the overall capabilities of our platform.
