We have partnered with some of the most experienced and knowledgeable medical cannabis growers, chemists, and scientists on the planet. Their expertise allows us to harvest the most effective and highest-grade strains of medical cannabis.

Once we have a tested and proven cannabis product that meets our scientific criteria for medical use, our marketing and creative collective takes over. This group is composed of talented designers, writers, content creators, marketers, social influencers, and salespeople. They are responsible for packaging the products creatively and taking them to market. Led by Smileblazer Founder, Matt Goodman, this team puts the sizzle that makes our collective blaze smiles
Administration/Business + Law
Finally, Navigating the legal and administrative complexities of the medical cannabis industry is very challenging. That's why we have formed a legal/administrative team comprising the best medical cannabis legal experts and business administrators in the field. We have established a network of lawyers and business executives with extensive experience in the industry, who guide us through the intricacies of obtaining licenses and bringing cannabis products to market.

Led by our founder, Matt, who has over two decades of experience in creative and digital marketing, our marketing collective oversees every aspect of the grower's product and brand development. From logo and brand identity design to creative packaging and promotion on our website and social media, we create a 360-degree marketing plan to generate excitement and engagement with our partners' cannabis brands

Our process for building powerful brands is as scientific as our process for harvesting the most effective strains of cannabis. We collaborate closely with our grower partners, learning their story and crafting a brand identity, marketing, and sales strategy together. With the help of our content marketing and promotional team, we share their story through all our social media platforms, ensuring maximum exposure and impact.

Partnering with Megan Porth, a business attorney who runs My Contract Shop, we streamline the process of starting a medical cannabis business, securing necessary licenses, trademarks, and intellectual property rights for each of our growers' brands. We become a one-stop shop for all legal requirements, empowering our growers to focus on their core expertise.

Alongside legal support, we are developing an administrative platform through our tech and education platform. This platform allows our growers to take control of their sales and marketing strategies, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. Led by co-founders, Ben Burke and Daniel Kraus, our experienced tech and admin team ensures that our growers can efficiently manage their operations and maximize their potential.
